Responsibility for Guests: Customers are responsible for the children they invite at all times. We recommend keeping a record of each child’s personal details and parent/guardian contact numbers. Wild Fire Events can provide a form for this upon request.
Dress Code: Children should come ready to be active—especially with their "fast shoes" on!
Health Information: Customers should inform the coach of any relevant health issues before the start of the party.
Health and Safety Compliance: All guests must follow the health and safety guidelines as advised by the coach.
Qualified Coaches: All coaches hold up-to-date first aid certifications and have completed DBS/PVG (Scotland only) checks.
Professional Care: Customers understand that some professional, caring physical contact between coaches and children may occur as needed during the party.
Injury Prevention: Coaches will make every effort to avoid injuries. In the event of any injury, appropriate first aid will be administered as required.
Photography & Video: Customers are responsible for managing photography/video permissions during the event.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all coaching/party venues.
Fees / Refunds
Payment: Full payment can be made before or on the day of the party, and bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the booking form. Payment options include bank transfer (details available upon request) or cheque made payable to James Knight.
Party Fee Coverage: Party fees do not include hall rental, food, drinks, or party bags.
Change in Guest Count: If guest numbers increase beyond 20 children, we may adjust fees to cover additional staffing requirements. Customers may be advised to reduce guest numbers or consider a different venue to ensure safe accommodation.
Refund Policy: A full refund is provided if a written cancellation is received at least two weeks before the party date.
Returned Payments: If a cheque is returned unpaid, a £10 administration fee may apply.
Staff Training
Commitment to Quality: We invest in high-quality training for new coaches. Occasionally, trainees may join our experienced coaches during events to complete their training.
